An Opening Note From The Family At Preacher

To Our Friends and Family,

Ten years ago, three of us were toying with the idea of spreading the good word.

We wondered if we could tell stories that made believers out of people. Stories about

brands, sure. But just as important are stories concerning pasts, presents, and futures

through the eyes of artists, writers, and musicians. Stories that might not have gotten

the spotlight they deserved but certainly deserved the opportunity to spark inspiration.

Stories from folks right here in our own backyard, or at least within the confines of this

strange and wonderful land we call Texas.

As it turns out, we have been blessed to do just that. Over this past decade, those stories

have multiplied. Likewise, the three of us have grown into a family, and we’d like to think

you have grown along with us. It is our greatest hope that this is only the start of a very

long story with no end in sight.

In the meantime, find a comfortable chair and a fitting libation. Let us once again embark

upon our annual pilgrimage and dive headlong into optimistic visions and new leaps of faith.
